To be considered an applicant, you must have a current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Vascular-Interventional (VI) or Cardiac-Interventional (CI) certification, depending on facility requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, call: 2 weeks (schedule given 6 weeks in advance, hours are 5:30p-7:30a weekends 24hrs)
• Pay Package: Stipend: $1365 Hourly: $50 Gross: $3365

About The Role:

As a Travel Neuro IR Technologist, you will be a critical member of a specialized team, assisting in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures for stroke intervention, aneurysm repair, and other neurovascular treatments. Your expertise in advanced imaging and patient care will directly contribute to life-saving interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate fluoroscopy and biplane imaging systems to assist in neurovascular procedures such as thrombectomies, aneurysm coiling, and carotid stenting.
• Ensure precise imaging to guide neurointerventionalists in treating complex cerebrovascular conditions.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict radiation safety protocols.
• Prepare contrast media, monitor patient responses, and document procedural details.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro Interventional Radiology or a related field.
• Certifications:
  • ARRT registered in Radiography (R), Vascular-Interventional (VI) or Cardiac-Interventional (CI) certification is a plus.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Skills: Expertise in neurovascular imaging, critical thinking, and excellent patient care.
