We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Portage, Wisconsin . This is a night shift position , working 8-hour shifts providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient’s home. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform physical assessments and document patient progress during night shifts
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs as ordered
• Communicate and coordinate with the patient’s care team, including physicians and family members
• Ensure documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Respond to changes in patient condition promptly and appropriately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment in the patient’s home

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 year of RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• Night shift availability for the full 13-week assignment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong time management and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
