BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Boston team. In this full-time role, you’ll deliver personalized rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes. Whether you’re an experienced home health clinician or looking to transition from another setting, BAYADA provides the training and support you need to thrive.
Part-time and per diem opportunities are also available.

What You’ll Do:
- Make in-home visits to adult and geriatric clients in the Boston area
- Assess strength, mobility, balance, and develop tailored care plans
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, and education for clients and families
- Document care electronically using a tablet
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure quality, coordinated care
What You’ll Need:
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- At least one year of recent clinical PT experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Solid interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- EMR experience is a plus
