? Travel RN Assignment – Med-Surg | Albany, GA

? Radius Requirement:
Strict 75-mile radius from the traveler’s Driver’s License address to the facility.
Driver’s License must be included in the submission email.

? Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent experience in Med-Surg
• Certifications (AHA only):
  • BLS – Required
  • NIHSS – Required
• EMR: Meditech (experience preferred, not required)

? Unit Details:

• Unit Beds: 44
• Staff on Unit: ~40
• Patient Ratios: 1:5, may be 1:6 (days and nights)
• CNA Support: Yes; ratio 1:8 to 1:10, CNAs also act as sitters
• Tele Patients: Yes, but telemetry is monitored on a separate unit
• Floating: Required to all acute care, cardiac units (for medical patients), and EC for patient holds
• Orientation:
  • General hospital orientation: 1 week (includes EMR training)
  • Floor-specific orientation: 2 days

• Shift Times: 6:45 – 7:15 (12-hour shifts)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holidays: As needed
• Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue
