Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Home Health
Full-Time | Hockessin, DE and surrounding | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in clients’ residences across Wilmington, Hockessin, and nearby New Castle County communities.
- Design evidence-based plans of care that maximize functional independence.
- Collaborate with BAYADA home-health nurses, PTs, SLPs, and HHAs to ensure the right care at the right time.
- Teach clients, families, and community staff how to implement therapy goals and adaptive strategies.
- Document visits in our user-friendly outpatient EMR and manage safe, timely discharge planning.
What You’ll Need
- Current Delaware OT license (OTR/L).
- Ability to work independently, organize your day, and problem-solve on the go.
- Solid computer/EMR skills and great bedside communication.
Schedule and Territory
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Territory focused on Hockessin and nearby areas in senior-living communities
Pay and Benefits
- $2,000 sign-on bonus paid out
